Our return/exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, refund or exchange will not be applicable. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Following types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged

• Goods with obvious signs of use
• Sale items
• Thrift Store items
• Any item not in its original condition and is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchange – Once we receive the exchange request, we will arrange for the pickup of the products via our logistics partners. It takes around 5-7 working days for the product to reach back to us. Once we receive the product back in its original condition, we will initiate the exchange process.

Returns & Refunds – Once we receive your return request, we will arrange for the pickup of the products via our logistics partners. It takes around 5-7 working days for the product to reach back to us. Once we receive the product back in its original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. On verification, refund will be further processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days. Please note that the refund will be net off the shipping charges (if any) which was charged at the time of the purchase of the product.

Exchange / Return more than once will have a shipment cost applied as per cases.
